INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR
Sara joined NZBritannia in late October 2022, as an Insurance Administrator. Originally from the United Kingdom she moved to NZ when she was 12, after moving back to the UK in her early twenties, she has since returned and settled in Orewa.
Sara joins us with an abundance of experience in both managing busy offices and supporting staff in their roles. Learning more about the insurance industry, building relationships with clients and being part of our team are the things that Sara is most excited about, in her new role.
Outside of working hours, Sara likes to take her black Labrador, Buddy, for long walks. She also loves the fashion industry, namely buying and selling pre-loved clothing and is a very proud mum to her daughter.

INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR
In her role as Insurance Administrator Ceri handles client queries related to life and medical insurance. She’s a great support to the NZBritannia advisers too with her wealth of knowledge and know-how in the insurance field. Before joining the team in 2017 Ceri worked as a Personal Assistant to an insurance adviser for many years and prior to that she spent eight years working for AMP.

OFFICE MANAGER AND INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR
Kathie joined NZBritannia after a merger with Fairway NZ Limited, where she’d been since July 2012. As the Office Manager and Insurance Administrator, based in Whanganui, Kathie supports the NZBritannia advisers and tackles a wide range of tasks to keep everything running smoothly. She loves every aspect of her job, especially the unexpected challenges each day brings. Kathie’s motto: “You name it, I’ll do it!”
With a strong background in administration and experience in banking, Kathie thrives in the lively environment at NZBritannia. Social and outgoing, she enjoys keeping busy and spending time with her husband of over 40years, their two grown children, and her big family of ten siblings.

ADVISER SUPPORT
Caitlin joined NZBritannia in June 2024 as part of the Adviser Support Team. In her role, she assists in liaising with clients, organising advisers' schedules, arranging client visits, and handling numerous administrative tasks. Caitlin enjoys the constant learning and skill development that come with her work and is especially excited to deepen her understanding of the financial services industry.
With over five years of customer service experience and time spent traveling overseas, Caitlin brings a well-rounded approach to her role. Being new to financial services, she finds it inspiring to see how the industry helps people secure their future, which has sparked her own interest in financial planning. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends, staying active with walks and runs, and travelling whenever possible.
