Hayley Wilson
EXECUTIVE ADVISER SUPPORT
Hayley joined the NZBritannia team in an admin support role back in 2018 and was quickly promoted to her current role the following year. Having worked in client facing jobs since leaving school – including four years in the insurance industry, as a customer relations specialist and auditing staff for quality – she brings a huge amount of experience to the team.
Keeping active is important to Hayley who is a regular at her local gym and she also enjoys taking her young son on regular adventures.

Hannah Newby
INSURANCE ADVISER AND ADMINISTRATOR
Hannah first started working at NZBritannia on a casual basis while saving up for her OE. When she returned to New Zealand a few years later the team enticed her back and she has been with the company ever since. In her current role Hannah supports NZBritannia’s specialist insurance advisers and enjoys working with the team in what she describes as a fun and hardworking environment.
Travel is Hannah’s number one passion along with bush and beach walks.

Sara Pickernell
INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR
Sara joined NZBritannia in late October 2022, as an Insurance Administrator. Originally from the United Kingdom she moved to NZ when she was 12, after moving back to the UK in her early twenties, she has since returned and settled in Orewa.
Sara joins us with an abundance of experience in both managing busy offices and supporting staff in their roles. Learning more about the insurance industry, building relationships with clients and being part of our team are the things that Sara is most excited about, in her new role.
Outside of working hours, Sara likes to take her black Labrador, Buddy, for long walks. She also loves the fashion industry, namely buying and selling pre-loved clothing and is a very proud mum to her daughter.

Ceri Butt
INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR
In her role as Insurance Administrator Ceri handles client queries related to life and medical insurance. She’s a great support to the NZBritannia advisers too with her wealth of knowledge and know-how in the insurance field. Before joining the team in 2017 Ceri worked as a Personal Assistant to an insurance adviser for many years and prior to that she spent eight years working for AMP.
